Andaz Lisbon is looking for a PBX Agent to join its team!

The soon-to-open Andaz Lisbon will be the newest luxury lifestyle hotel in the Portuguese capital, marking a key milestone in Hyatt's continued growth in Southern Europe and the first Managed property of the brand in the region. Andaz Lisbon will be the newest luxury lifestyle hotel in the Portuguese capital and will represent a fundamental milestone in Hyatt's continued expansion in Southern Europe, as well as the brand's first Managed Hotel in Portugal.
The role will be responsible for being the first physical point of contact with guests upon their arrival at the hotel. This position ensures a warm and efficient welcome, delivering an arrival experience that reflects the lifestyle concept of sophistication, authenticity, and personalization. The Bellperson acts with an elegant demeanor, strong attention to detail, and proactivity, anticipating guest needs from the moment they arrive until their departure.
Main Responsibilities:
· Warmly welcome guests upon arrival with courtesy and professionalism.
· Assist with luggage during arrival and departure, ensuring careful and efficient handling.
· Identify VIP guests, frequent guests, or those with special needs and provide tailored assistance.
· Escort guests to their rooms, briefly and courteously introducing the hotel's facilities and services.
· Maintain organization of the lobby, entrance hall, and exterior areas under their responsibility.
· Coordinate with Reception, Concierge, and Valet to ensure smooth arrival and departure flow.
· Assist with internal transport of packages, luggage, or personal belongings as requested.
· Provide basic information about hotel services and local attractions using warm and empathetic communication.
· Ensure the safety of guests' belongings during transport and storage.
· Adhere to hotel standards regarding conduct, personal presentation, and hospitality

Profil requis du candidat:

Requirements:
· High school diploma (or equivalent).
· Previous experience in luxury hospitality is an advantage.
· Fluent in English and Portuguese (additional languages are a plus).
· Strong communication skills, friendliness, and professional posture.
· Physical ability to lift and move luggage.
· Schedule flexibility (shift work including weekends and holidays).
· Service mindset; attention to detail; discretion and reliability; proactivity and agility; teamwork; interpersonal communication.
