We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People team in Portugal. In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
What we offer

* Fixed-term contract: 6 months + 6 months, with the possibility of becoming a permanent employee after this period.
* Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
* Hybrid working model: work remotely one week per month.
* Office location: Carnaxide, Portugal.

Descripción del empleo:

Key Responsibilities
* Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
* Source, attract, and engage top talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
* Screen and assess candidates through interviews and competency-based evaluations.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
* Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
* Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Monitor recruitment metrics and proactively identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and quality.

Requisitos:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
* Experience recruiting for high-volume or commercial roles is a plus; automotive industry experience is advantageous but not required.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Native or fluent Portuguese.
* Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
