Job Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as a ServiceNow Developer. As an essential part of our team, you will be responsible for translating business needs into scalable and efficient technical solutions. We are looking for a professional expert in ServiceNow and Javascript.

Qualifications
* Expert proficiency in ServiceNow, particularly in integration projects
* Advanced proficiency in JavaScript
* Experience designing integration architectures and defining integration patterns
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant technical roles
* Strong understanding of data modeling and system integration concepts
* ServiceNow CSA certification is a must have
* Fluent in Portuguese; advanced technical English

Responsibilities
* Execute projects related to infrastructure version upgrades and platform changes
* Map business processes to supporting applications and systems
* Design and document integration architecture and technical specifications
* Analyze existing systems to identify integration opportunities and optimization areas
* Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
* Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and contribute to technical decision-making
* Participate actively in team discussions and propose solutions to complex technical challenges

Nice to Have
* Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD and HR Tech landscape
* Intermediate knowledge of Configuration & Release Management
* Intermediate skills in Design & Build Enablement
* Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) practices and tools
* ServiceNow CIS-HRSD Certification
