WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

* Advanced knowledge of Power- BI or other visualization tools such as tableau Qlik or Google Charts.
* Proficient knowledge of SQL and another programming language is a plus.
* Experience of leading a small team or demonstrated experience of delivering through others is a plus
* Gather stakeholder feedback continuously to provide credible solutions and high-quality work
* Working experience in agile environments with a strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks is a clear advantage
* Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, be able to convert stakeholders needs and question to real insights and solutions
* Develop and maintain deployment-related documentation including deployment plan, standard operating procedures etc.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? 

* Design and develop Power BI dashboards ensuring alignment with business requirements and improved user experience.
* Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability during migration from legacy systems.
* Implement data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency between old and new reports.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate migrated dashboards, and incorporate feedback.
* Apply best practices in Power BI development including DAX optimization, use of measures, and visual design standards.
* Troubleshoot and resolve migration issues related to data connectivity, transformations, and visualization logic.
* Recruit, train and supervise analyst-level employees
* Project Management. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and other global teams to resolve the most challenging issues
* Lead a small team / competency unit of analyst - having accountability & responsibility of the quality and timeliness of the work assigned to your team members. You will also be expected to conduct onboarding, training, and coaching junior team members to help them develop. Inspire change and action in complicated situations. Be a thought leader in analytics areas
* Hand on support of end to end reporting development in the context of a dashboard migration.
