We are seeking a talented individual to join our Consulting Team at Mercer. This role will be based in Porto. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
With a transversal role, the Talent Strategy Consultant will support the team to develop and implement core HR processes and policies for their employees including Performance Management, Assessments & Talent Development, Careers or Compensation, Job Architecture & Evaluation and Organizational Design.
We will count on you to:
* Collaborate in projects including mainly Organizational Transformation, Assessment and Development, Job Evaluation and Description, Job Architecture, Performance Management, Career Frameworks, Competencies Models, etc.;
* Manage project activities and timelines to ensure the delivery of scope and quality to clients;
* Analyze client and market data to develop insights, and prepare presentations and reports using Excel and PowerPoint;
* Prepare and review documents that consolidate information to support process definitions, trends, and policies development;
* Engage with clients to foster strong business relationships;
* Identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and contribute to business development efforts.
What you need to have:
* Degree in Management, HR, Organizational Psychology or similar;
* Relevant experience in HR projects or roles;
* English language proficiency (C1);
* Analytical thinking;
* Empathic Communication;
* Organized, detail-oriented and rigorous;
* Team player and capable of multi-tasking;
* Curiosity and learning agility;
* Dynamism, proactivity and flexibility;
* Availability to visit clients and go to Lisbon office once per month (expenses covered by the company).
