Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
* Integration Concept Development: Craft robust integration concepts and implement interfaces within the HR domain to streamline processes and enhance data flow.
* Vendor Coordination: Collaborate closely with vendors to coordinate support topics and ensure seamless operation of HR IT systems.
* Project Management: Utilize your foundational knowledge in project management to contribute to the successful execution of HR IT projects.
* Agile Methodology: Apply your expertise in Agile methodology to foster a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement within the team.
* Collaboration: Work closely with regional solutions teams to align initiatives and drive cohesive HR IT strategies.
* System Configuration: Configure HR IT systems based on project requirements, change requests, and critical incidents to maintain optimal functionality.

Qualifications:

* Software Development: Demonstrated proficiency in software development, with a focus on HR IT solutions.
* ABAP Expertise: Strong command of ABAP programming language for customization and enhancement of SAP systems.
* BTP and CPI Knowledge: Familiarity with (COMPANY NAME)'s Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) is highly advantageous.
* Educational Background: Degree in business informatics, computer science, or a related field, coupled with extensive knowledge in software development.
