Your mission
Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-KAM to manage key accounts, develop and execute commercial strategies, and drive profitability for PIERRE FABRE DERMO COSMETIQUE PORTUGAL LDA.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key e-commerce accounts.
* Formulate and implement effective commercial strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize market share within the e-commerce channel.
* Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and optimize account performance.
* Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with key accounts to ensure profitability and mutual success.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial plans.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned accounts, providing regular updates to management.
* Identify and implement strategies to enhance account profitability and drive sustainable growth.
Job Qualifications:**
* Proven experience in Key Account Management (Contas-chave), preferably within the beauty, dermo-cosmetics, or consumer goods industry.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful commercial strategies (Estratégias comerciais).
* Strong understanding of profitability drivers (Lucratividade) and experience in managing P&L for key accounts.
* Excellent negotiation skills (Negociação) with a track record of securing advantageous agreements.
* Proficiency in data analysis and experience using CRM and sales reporting tools.
* Fluency in Portuguese and English.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
