In this role, you'll become a key contributor to the health and stability of our Salesforce platform-working with experienced colleagues, learning best practices, and continuously developing both your technical and communication skills. Role Overview
* Work as part of a dedicated team for a major insurance client
* Handle tasks independently with a proactive, can-do attitude
* Communicate clearly and help bridge the gap between business and tech
* Use professional English in daily international collaboration
* Work with stakeholders to resolve Salesforce issues and deliver small enhancements
* Suggest practical solutions and help choose the best approach for fixes
What You Will Do
* Support & Maintenance: Manage support tickets end-to-end and ensure platform stability
* Small Development: Deliver configuration updates (Flows, Validation Rules, Layouts) and small code fixes
* Incident Handling: Troubleshoot bugs, analyze root causes, and deploy hotfixes
* Platform Health: Contribute to maintenance activities, org monitoring, and documentation
Must Have
* 1-2 years of experience implementing or supporting Salesforce
* Salesforce Administrator certification + Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant
* Experience with Sales/Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
* Strong skills in Flow Builder
* Basic knowledge of Apex and LWC
Nice to Have
* Experience in Insurance or Banking environments
* Financial Services Cloud hands-on experience or certification
* ITIL basics (Incident, Change, Problem)
* Familiarity with service management and Salesforce maintenance best practices
* Czech or Slovak language skills
