For our Prague office, we are currently looking for a Junior Commercial Analyst to join our team and support our business growth.

Role Overview
As a Junior Commercial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial performance and business data to drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with the our Commercial Finance Controller to optimize revenue streams, improve profitability, and provide insights that enhance business operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct financial and commercial analysis to support business decisions.
* Analyze revenue streams, costs, and profitability metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
* Provide data-driven insights to support pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and business forecasting.
* Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Collaborate with finance, project management and production teams to improve business processes.
* Assist in preparing business cases and financial models for strategic initiatives.
* Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial and operational reporting.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Ideally 1-2 years of experience in commercial analysis, business analytics, or financial analysis in the creative and/or media assets production industry.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
* Proficiency in Excel needed, SQL and business intelligence tools are welcome.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
