A Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Representative based in Prague, Czech Republic, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our innovative solutions reach healthcare providers and patients efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
* Receive and process customer orders via email or other communication channels
* Manage order entry and follow up on open orders in SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing)
* Handle web-based orders and execute product movement-related transactions in SAP
* Respond to customer inquiries via email and telephone in a professional manner
* Clarify and interpret customer orders for the shipping department
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
* Register and handle customer complaints in relevant systems

Required Knowledge and Experience:
* Proficiency in Czech or Slovak language
* Fluency in English (B2 level or higher)
* Bachelor's degree or secondary grammar school education
* Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
* Accuracy, diligence, and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with the SAP system and previous customer service experience are considered advantageous and will support your success in this role.
