As an Executive POSM CZ_SK you will be leading best-in-class in-store visibility via innovating, developing and producing all Point-of-sales materials within assigned category for internal plan & identifying new Point-of-Sales solutions based on shopper behavior knowledge across Czechia & Slovakia.

What does this job entail?
* Developing new types of POS materials based on shopper behavior knowledge and lead their implementation in the market
* Creating POS materials for new product launches, tailor made activities, nationwide promotions, tastings, displays
* Execute all in-store activities for given category/monthly priority with a simplifying approach
* Supporting, execute A/C budget spending per given projects with a guidance and cost effectivity approach
* Close cooperation with Marketing, Sales team for in-store solution development and support for preparation of KAM meetings
* Dealing with local BTL agencies and regional agencies
* Support Sales Force supervisor with all relevant information to be shared with Sales Force (to develop Working instruction)
* Deliver in-store solution upon agreed timing

What should you be able to?

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
* Demonstrate experience in Marketing, Trade marketing or Sales
* University degree (preferably in Economics)
* Very good PC skills (Excel, Power Point)
* Communicative knowledge of English & Czech/Slovak
* Driving license B
