Reporting and Consolidation Controller CEE (fixed-term contract)
(Full-time, Location: Budapest, Prague, or Bucharest)

Are you ready to drive the financial reporting and consolidation activities across the CEE region? Danone is seeking a skilled Reporting and Consolidation Controller to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial statements. This is a fixed-term, 18-month contract. You'll be supporting month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

YOUR responsibilities as a Reporting and Consolidation Controller CEE will include (but not limited to):
* Lead monthly closing and consolidation for the Danone entities in Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, and Bulgaria
* Deliver financial analyses including P&L commentary, statutory vs. managerial reconciliations, and sales/CO variance breakdowns (volume, price, mix, material, logistics) and executive summaries
* Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and risk/opportunity assessments
* Optimize reporting tools and processes for efficiency and compliance (IFRS)
* Apply controlling methodologies to validate the accuracy of financial data.
* Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts, covering both functional and operational dimensions.

We are looking for a Reporting and Consolidation Controller CEE with the following profile:
* University (Master’s) or College (Bachelor’s) degree in business or economics
* 5+ years’ experience in controlling within a multinational company
* Fluent English and Hungarian (spoken and written)
* Strong MS Office skills and SAP experience required
* Power BI and Essbase knowledge is an advantage
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
