We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Endpoint Engineer to join our global End User Support team. This role is responsible for supporting internal users across a wide range of endpoint technologies, ensuring a seamless and secure user experience in a large enterprise environment.
You will work in a collaborative and fun team, providing high-quality technical support while maintaining strong security and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide end-user support for Windows 11, macOS, and mobile devices
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
* Operating systems and endpoint configurations
* Network connectivity (VPN, proxy, Wi-Fi, LAN)
* Corporate applications and software
* Support and maintain end-user hardware, including: laptops, monitors, printers, peripherals and accessories
* Manage and resolve incidents and service requests via a ticketing system
* Work with core infrastructure services such as: Active Directory, Azure/Entra, Intune, JAMF, etc.
* Collaborate with global teams to support users across different regions and time zones
* Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles
* Ensure compliance with company policies, including:
* Security standards
* Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
* Antivirus and endpoint protection
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support automation where possible
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or endpoint engineering
* Strong knowledge of:
* Windows 10/11 and macOS
* Mobile device support (iOS/Android)
* Networking fundamentals (VPN, DNS, proxy, DHCP)
* Hands-on experience with:
* Active Directory and identity management
* Azure / Entra ID
* Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint management tools
* Basic Cisco networking environments
* Experience working with:
* Ticketing systems and SLA-driven environments
* Enterprise tools and endpoint management solutions
* Solid understanding of security and compliance practices (e.g., DLP, antivirus, endpoint protection)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively
* Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
