What you do

Working within the Mass Hiring Recruitment Team and reporting to the Regional Mass Hiring Lead, in this role you will strongly partner with the local Operations leader to oversee, management and facilitate the end to end recruitment of front line positions.
As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will partner with our Operations leaders, partnering with them to understand their current and future needs. You will partner with them to define what success looks like, create local targeted branding campaigns to attract candidates and work with Workforce Management on the planning/ forecasting of future inductions.
You will provide your market knowledge on the best sourcing strategy, develop and facilitate branding campaigns, facilitate the screening of candidates, provide recommendations of candidates to leaders and following up to ensure a strong quality of candidate and placement.

Key responsibilities

* ­Acting as a trusted advisor to our Operations Leaders, Workforce Management and the global recruitment team
* ­Creating an exceptional candidate experience from application through to offer/ onboarding
* ­Partnering with the business to ensue strong conversion performance, quality of hiring and closing the loop with update the sourcing strategy where needed
* ­Managing company approved social media for recruitment purposes as per the specified guidelines
* ­Working to identify today's and tomorrow's staffing needs; anticipating, designing and implementing recruitment strategy to meet these needs
* ­Developing and deploying a variety of cost-effective sourcing channels - generating a diversity of candidates, attracting highly competitive talent, building of university relationships and identifying new strategic sourcing opportunities
* Working effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insight responsibly and in line with our standards for data governance, security and ethical use

What you bring

* Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across diverse roles and functions
* Proven ability to work as a strategic partner or account manager, acting as an intermediary to ensure effective service delivery and performance outcomes
* Experience conducting structured behavioral interviews and leveraging assessments, including innovative methods for evaluating candidate suitability
* Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, with a proactive approach to talent identification and the development of targeted recruitment campaigns
* Solid track record of utilizing talent market insights and data to inform decision-making and influence stakeholders across leadership and cross-functional teams
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with senior business and functional leaders
* Strong influencing skills, coupled with resilience and adaptability in navigating evolving business needs and priorities
* Excellent command of written and spoken English and French, with strong communication skills across both languages
