Your Mission

Ensuring the efficient management and traceability of returnable packaging by monitoring packaging flows, maintaining accurate SAP records, and supporting operational and logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Packaging Management

* Tracking empty packaging returned by customers

* Performing quantitative and qualitative inspections of received packaging

* Identifying discrepancies between delivered and returned packaging

* Performing reference matching between customer and company records (packaging code, type, quantity)

SAP Operations

* Supporting the registration in SAP of empty packaging received from customers

* Supporting the issuance of packaging delivered to customers

* Managing packaging returns to suppliers in SAP

* Correcting and monitoring discrepancies in system records

Supplier Packaging Returns

* Verifying documents related to packaging returns

* Confirming return quantities and closing transactions in SAP

Records and Control

* Identifying, creating, and maintaining a clear flow of returnable packaging

* Monitoring packaging balances for customers and suppliers

* Preparing monthly reports on packaging status (differences, shortages, surplus)

* Collaborating with the Logistics, Customer Service, and Finance departments

What You'll Bring

* Secondary education completed (higher education is an advantage)

* Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or packaging management is an advantage

* SAP operating knowledge is a major advantage

* High attention to detail and data accuracy

* Ability to analyze and monitor stock levels

* Good communication and organizational skills

* Advanced level of Romanian language - mandatory requirement.
