Position Overview

DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank's technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set-up in 2013, Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the Bank's technology transformation.
We have a robust, hands-on engineering culture dedicated to continuous learning, knowledge-sharing, technical skill development and networking. We are an essential part of the Bank's technology platform and develop applications for many important business areas.

The PB Transformation division is the central unit responsible for implementing the Private Bank's transformation agenda within Deutsche Bank. We consolidate global change initiatives and ensure that technological and organizational developments seamlessly interlock-working in close partnership with the PB TDI organization.
You will lead one of the Business Transformation Teams within the Private Bank, working closely with Operations, Business Functions and TDI. Together, you will shape end-to-end process landscapes, identify structural optimization opportunities, and drive implementation of technological and organizational change.

Responsibilities:
* You lead and develop a transformation team up to 9 people, guiding them, supporting their growth and fostering a constructive feedback and speak-up culture.
* You take ownership of transforming and improving non-product processes across the Private Bank, ensuring clarity, stability and continuous development of key end-to-end workflows.
* You analyse business requirements, translate them into structured specifications and work closely with specialist units to design clear, efficient and sustainable processes.
* You improve existing workflows, identify optimisation potential, and drive practical solutions that enhance quality, transparency and customer experience.
* You coordinate with partnering areas, including Operations, product management, specialist units and the TDI-CIO area, ensuring smooth cooperation and clear communication across functions.
* You position your team within the wider PB Transformation organisation, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and contributing to cross-team collaboration.

Skills:
* Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science or related field
* Multi-year experience in business analysis, process management or transformation in financial services
* Proven track record in cross-functional program or project management
* Strong understanding of technical feasibility and IT implementation requirements
* Knowledge of non-product processes (e.g., Inheritance, Garnishment, Complaints Management, Production Preparation)
* Business-proficient English (written and spoken); German language skills desirable
* Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; ability to prioritize in dynamic environments; leadership capability to guide and develop a team
