Your mission

Join us as a Information Security Specialist and help shape the future of NN.
In this role, you'll actively contribute to the success of both the team and the company by engaging with a strong IT Security community actively participating in increasing our security posture.

What will you do?
* Implementing and monitoring information security controls (technical and organizational)
* Contributing to risk assessments, BIA, third-party risk and compliance activities (DORA, Norm4 ASF, ISO 27001, etc.)
* Coordinating vulnerability identification, assessment, and remediation activities
* Coordinating penetration tests (internal / external / application level)
* Reviewing results and tracking remediation plans
* Working with IT teams to prioritize and track remediation actions
* Supporting security incident management and investigations
* Reviewing IT initiatives and architectures from a security perspective
* Contributing to security governance and awareness activities
* Liaising with Group Security teams on common initiatives and reporting
* Contributing to security assessments for vendors and partners
* Supporting vendor onboarding and continuous monitoring processes
* Supporting the definition and implementation of IAM controls (user lifecycle, access provisioning and de-provisioning)
* Supporting access reviews / recertification processes and segregation of duties (SoD)
* Working closely with IT teams on identity, role, and privilege management
* Supporting initiatives related to PAM, MFA

What will you bring?

* Minimum 3 years in a similar role
* Higher education in technical fields (preferably IT)
Solid knowledge of:
* security controls, risk management, third-party risk
* IT security concepts (IAM, Security Monitoring, Vulnerability Management, Technical State Compliance, Pentest, Vendor Risk Management, Microsoft Azure Cloud and On Prem environments)
* Experience in a regulated environment (financial services, insurance, banking) is a plus
* Communicates with clarity, empathy, and impact.

* Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and takes action.

The monthly salary range for the role is between 15,435 and 26,460 RON gross. The salary range showcased is only indicative. The final benefits package will be agreed upon during final negotiations with each candidate, by considering different criteria, such as the experience and skills level. Therefore, the finally agreed salary will stay confidential, as per the applicable law and we reserve the right to apply adjustments to the offer at any time during the hiring process.
