Job Description:

Finishing Operative
Site-based in Lane End, High Wycombe
Permanent, Full-time, Monday - Friday 39 hours (early finish on Fridays, with opportunities for overtime)

We're looking for a motivated individual to work as part of our production team in Lane End, High Wycombe. You will be responsible for the final assembly, completion, and packing of low-tech products, consumables, and parts to agreed quality and timeline standards.

Qualifications:

What we are looking for…
Essential
* Ability to work in a cohesive motivated team
* Maintain a quality focus at all times
* Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
* Disciplined and organised approach to tasks with the ability to prioritise
* Self-motivated
* Flexible and innovative approach to problem solving

Desirable
* Good IT skills (experience of Google suite would be an advantage)
* Manual Handling training
* A forklift licence
