Position

Givenchy Travel Retail- Beauty Consultant
Location: London Heathrow, Terminal 5
MAIN MISSIONS
* * The Beauty Consultant is the brand ambassador on her/his counter(s).
* * She/he is responsible for the achievement of the counter(s), sales targets, the respect of the brand image and the level of service delivered to customers.
* * As a member of the LFB team, she/he represents the brand values towards the customers and colleagues and demonstrates an LFB attitude at all times.
KEY ACTIVITIES
Retail Sales Development:
* · Ensure achievement of the counter(s) sales and targets from daily to monthly basis and of corporate objectives,
* · Follow up individual objectives, on daily, weekly and monthly basis (to adapt locally),
* · Ensure realisation of the following administrative tasks: stock management (at store level followed by CM and/or RM support), reporting of LFB and competition,
* · Ensure efficient communication with and reporting to CM and RM,
* · Seek further opportunities for the brand (generic staff, extra space; etc.) and share them with CM and/or RM
Brand Image, Marketing & Merchandising:
* · Ensure grooming, posture, PRIDE and product knowledge are well executed
* · Guarantee the respect of LFB brand standards on all its aspects: image, merchandising, in store communication plan, assortments, novelty presence
* · Ensure counter cleanliness at all times and communicate any maintenance issues to CM and/or RM
* · Ensure the highest level of service is delivered to customers and develop customer loyalty
* · Represent LFB image and values at all times, with customers and colleagues (LFB, competitors & retailer)
Animations Roll-Out:
* · Ensure animation successful roll out & results
* · Ensure correct merchandising is followed and adequate stock is available
* · Report to CM and/or RM pertinent feedback on the animations

* * Report to Counter Manager (CM) or directly to Retail Manager (RM) if no CM in place
