SCOPE-PURPOSE:
* To strengthen our market share and brand awareness.
* To further raise our beauty profile and bring the brand into the future.
* Aid onboarding of new team members alongside training team and Area Manager
* Coach and mentor all team members on shop floor
* Support Area Manager in business duties
* Support and Grow KPIs and support achieving monthly targets per store
PROFILE Demonstrates expertise in make-up, with in-depth knowledge of skincare, and a broad understanding of the inseparable link with fragrance. Presents creative application skills, keeps up to date with the current trends and pushes the envelope forward in bringing products to life. Displays a deep understanding of our service proposition in relation with our client profile base per demographic and cultural background. Is flexible to travel inline with Area and training requirements Presents strong communication skills and ability to adapt to the audience. Be relatable, confident on presenting and influencing at all levels Building a strong working relationship with Regional team and work with National Beauty expert to event in top doors to achieve sell out target
