As a Night Room Service team member, you'll be 100% you, bringing your authentic personality to everything you do; be the ultimate host, confidently leading yourself and making creative decisions that elevate every interaction; and spark joy, using every tool available to craft meaningful and memorable experiences.
Working as a Night Room Service Team Member at the Kimpton Fitzroy London means being part of a dynamic, guest-focused team in one of the city's most iconic hotels. Every shift offers the opportunity to create memorable experiences by delivering exceptional service directly to guests' rooms-whether it's a beautifully presented dinner, a late-night snack, or a celebratory bottle of champagne. The role blends efficiency with warmth, requiring attention to detail, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
