We are looking for an experienced ICT Data Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a major ERP deployment across the UK.
The Trading Partner Finance Intercompany Tracking (ICT) team is responsible for tracking and eliminating intercompany profit, drive the net value for the inventory in the group, as well as generating statutory information for the consolidated group accounts. The team provide a global service working across Commercial & Manufacturing entity teams, Corporate Finance, Global Finance Services and Trading Partner Finance.
The ICT system, used to track inter-company profit through the supply chain, has a significant impact on the integrity of GSK Reported results at Group and Company level, with a value of inter-company profit in the region of £20bn. In this role, you will lead finance-focused system design for SAP S/4 HANA implementation, testing and go-live activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity of intercompany pricing and costing data to support robust statutory and management reporting.
Working closely with Finance teams, IT partners and external vendors, you will play a critical role in delivering a successful ERP implementation. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain action plan for own workstream in alignment with the overall project plan
* Execute testing scenarios in the informal and formal (UAT/DIL) phases
* Support Test Data load (TDL) cycles, Dress Rehearsal and Production Data Loads (PDL)
* Collaborate with multiple programme teams to resolve defects from Data Mapping and TDL cycles
* Participate in data cleansing activities
* Develop and implement business change impact assessment action plans
* Manage the update to GSK market-specific documentation (LSOP, Knowledge Articles, Taxonomies)
* Support the ERP Evolution Process Lead team with Training material updates
* Deliver instructor led training to BAU end users (where required)
* Provide input into cutover planning
* Deliver cutover plan execution
* Deliver hyper-care and provide first-line support to end users, post cutover in line with the programme plan
* Deliver ad-hoc items of work needed for successful deployment of S/4
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Hands-on experience implementing SAP S/4HANA or other large-scale ERP transformations; a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA is desirable
* Expert level problem solving ability
* Excellent communication skills for engaging with global users, customers and senior Stakeholders
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to review complex supply chain issues and understand the impact on inter-company profit of any changes
* Ability to understand very complex systems and manage this complexity in an organised process
* Experience of delivering technology-based projects in GSK (desirable)
* Understanding of ECC template and the data and reporting processes of ICT
* Proven track record of managing projects through to delivery
* Experience of matrix management and cross functional project environment
* Strong communication, collaborative work style, experience engaging stakeholders across all levels
Closing date for applications COB 11th May 2026The annual base salary in Poland for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 171,000 to PLN 285,000 gross, taking into account a number of factors including the candidate's skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer's discretion). All statutory benefits will be maintained in accordance with Polish law. Other benefits may also be offered, which may include private healthcare, additional paid days off, life insurance, private pension plan and fully paid parental leave & care of family member leave.
