The Opportunity

As a Data Analyst, you'll play a key role in transforming complex data into clear insights that inform decision-making across the business. Your work will support performance, improvement, and innovation as we continue our journey towards An Electric Britain.

You'll join us on a salary starting of £36,400 per annum. This is a hybrid role, with flexibility to work from home and attend our #Exeter office as and when required, giving you balance while staying connected with your stakeholders.

From analysing large datasets to supporting high-impact initiatives, you'll have opportunities to develop your technical capability, influence outcomes, and help teams make confident, evidence-based decisions as part of our transition towards An Electric Britain.

Who You Are

We're looking for a Data Analyst who enjoys collaboration, takes ownership, and communicates insights with clarity and confidence. To be shortlisted, you need to offer…

* Experience of working within the Energy industry
* Strong analytical thinking with a data-driven mindset
* Proficiency in Excel and SQL
* Experience interpreting complex data and translating insight into actionable plans
* Ability to work independently and collaborate with virtual teams on time-bound initiatives
* Commitment to health, safety, and sustainability

What You'll Be Doing

* Analysing large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
* Turning data analysis into clear insights for stakeholders
* Supporting projects that drive continuous improvement
* Identifying commercial impacts through detailed data interpretation
* Contributing to solutions that improve business performance
