The Performance Improvement Lead drives the systems, standards, and loss-elimination efforts that underpin stable and efficient operations. The role builds capability by coaching Continuous Improvement methodologies, providing technical support, and enabling teams to solve problems effectively. They will lead the site's data analysis and digital strategy, using insights and digital tools to improve performance. They also explore future technologies to shape the organisation's long-term vision and guide the development of the Future Factory.
Technical Skills Experience Required: Understanding of PDCA (continuous improvement methodology). Technical Understanding of bottling and production lines. Ability to complete RCPS and coach others to do so with high quality. Ability to execute FI projects to develop robust problem statements, define root cause(s) and controls to prevent reoccurrence. Experience in Set-Up-Time-Reduction (SUTR). Key Competencies: Willingness to learn and develop new skills, whilst also coaching others.
