Our rates desk is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced Inflation & Rates Trader to help lead the charge. This isn't just about execution; it's about active risk-taking and uncovering relative-value opportunities across EUR, UK, and US markets.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND

* Strong academic background in quantitative finance, mathematics, physics, engineering, or economics.
* Significant experience trading rates and inflation products at a bank, HF or AM
* Proven ability to run risk and P&L within defined limits.
* Experience with cross-asset trading (energy, FX, macro rates environment).

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

* Strong quantitative and analytical skills applied to discretionary trading decisions.
* Programming skills in Python, VBA, or similar for pricing, analytics, and scenario and algorithms tools.
* Spanish will be a nice-to-have.
