We're currently recruiting for a Duty Manager to assist the Head of Site operations in the smooth running of the Sports Centre.

Job Description:
Responsibilities
* Develop customer relationships, creating a quality customer experience within the centre.
* The Duty will ensure the highest standard of customer care & service delivery is achieved within the centre. They will deal with complaints and issues brought to them in an appropriate way and try to resolve situations to the best of their abilities.
* The Duty Manager will assist in the management of the centre in a safe way that ensures that all customers and staff are able to use the centre with minimal risk to their Health & Safety.
* They will lead by example in all areas of the building, ensuring the centre is a clean, safe environment for both staff & customers. They will also provide visible leadership to all centre staff ensuring they are skilled & motivated to complete daily tasks.
About You
* Be in possession or in the process of gaining an RLSS NPLQ qualification
* Level 2 gym instructor qualification
* Recognised 2 day first aid at work
* A CIMSPA pool plant operators certificate
About Fire Service College:
The Fire Service College (FSC) is a world-renowned further education training college that provides a range of resilience focused courses and programmes ranging from apprenticeships to fully accredited qualifications. On a 300-acre site FSC provides both practical and classroom-based learning in addition to remote/customer site delivered courses. FSC courses and programmes are accredited with SFJ Awards, Highfields, Institution for Fire Engineers, FireQual, Lantra, JOIFF and Proboard/NFPA. Customers range from fire and rescue services, police forces, ambulance services, the military, various commercial organisations to individuals who wish to further their careers. FSC attracts learners from international fire and rescue services from the Middle East and across Europe.
