About the role

We are looking for an RD&A Technician for our site, based in Bristol, GB. The snacks category is an exciting growth opportunity for Kerry. The successful candidate will be lab based, 5 days a week and will be required to support the Snacks RD&A Team.

Key responsibilities

* Accurate and methodical seasoning sample preparation
* Assist in the development of products from concept, trials and all the way through to launch
* Various types of Snack seasoning applications including topical and slurry application
* Raw material stock management
* Base stock management
* Manage & coordinate Analytical requests & Sensory testing
* Perform functionality testing
* Liaise with cross-functional teams within the business to ensure everything is compliant, effective and meeting the project expectations
* Project management
* General lab management

Qualifications and skills

* 3rd level qualification desired but not essential
* Experience in a Food Manufacturing Environment Desirable but not essential
* A keen interest in food
* Competence navigating key R&D systems
* Project management skills
* Lab good practices
* Excellent communication skills
* Enthusiastic team player
* You will bring a high level of attention to detail and have excellent organisational skills
