Do you have experience in account management and/or an authoritative grasp of user acquisition (UA) and performance marketing within the Gaming industry? We have an opportunity for a Platform Specialist to work on our Gaming vertical, who has a passion to help businesses with promotion and discovery across Apple's advertising platforms. The Platform Specialist team is crucial to our business success - combining deep analytical expertise with strategic communication skills. We're looking for someone who has experience in leveraging data insights to optimise performance, translate complex information into clear, actionable strategies, and the ability to articulate these effectively to senior stakeholders both internal and external. This person will be driving measurable client growth while delivering best-in-class customer service. You'll have ownership of key strategic accounts across EMEA and play a pivotal role in shaping client success and long-term partnerships. You'll be responsible and accountable for owning, growing and developing our key gaming accounts across EMEA, represented by our London office. This role is all about influence, collaboration, and confident decision-making, so you'll need to be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to navigate complex stakeholder relationships. You'll work closely with client partners, internal teams, and senior stakeholders - building trust while driving solutions forward. We need someone who is confident in their expertise, and doesn't shy away from a challenge. This person will bring ideas to the table quickly, with an understanding of how to advocate for the right solution - especially when facing client pushback. You'll be a pro with handling objections, and embrace challenging conversations, ensuring alignment between internal teams and clients.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets with performance type advertisers in the gaming vertical. Demonstrable account management / client facing sales experience, or in a target orientated / commercial role within the gaming industry. Comfortable with senior stakeholder conversations, cool under pressure, and capable of challenging others' perspectives when you feel there is business value. Strong experience within user acquisition performance marketing, the mobile and app market and a keen passion for the ever-changing digital space. Understanding of the key metrics and performance benchmarks in the gaming vertical. Great collaboration, prioritisation and planning skills. Strong Excel literacy and analytical skills are critical for this role. Clear eye and focus on detail and trends, combined with the skills to react fast to ensure we deliver our clients the best in class service, whilst keeping a cool head under tight deadlines. Excellent communications skills, able to listen effectively, socialize ideas across functions and articulate the business visions both internally and externally. Fluency in English is required, and any additional languages is a plus
