Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to step into the corporate world of global hospitality marketing, based in our Global HQ in Windsor, UK?
We have a fantastic 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity for an Executive, Campaign Marketing - supporting our B2B and Brand Campaign Marketing teams. This is a great introduction to IHG Hotels & Resorts and a chance to work across both B2B and B2C European campaigns for our brand portfolio, including the IHG master brand.
This role will work closely with the reporting manager to develop, execute and deliver against key marketing initiatives and campaigns. The person will contribute to development of marketing strategies and work with global and regional counterparts to lead the execution of projects end-to-end.
What You'll Do
* Campaign management of regional B2B and brand campaign marketing plans across paid, owned and earned media, ensuring they are on-brief, on-budget and on-time.
* Work with agency and internal / hotel team stakeholders to deliver on campaigns and initiatives.
* Drive and champion relevancy for global campaigns for the region. Be main gatekeeper and quality control for global materials, with support of the translation team and in-market validators.
* Deliver data analysis and reporting requirements for campaigns and projects.
* Manage asset libraries.
* Support IHG hotels in region with ad hoc marketing needs and queries.
* Oversee campaign budgets, finance tracking, POs, and invoicing.
* Support managers with other marketing initiatives as required.
What You'll Bring
* Campaign Marketing experience, preferably for B2B and/or Brand campaigns.
* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
* Strong project management and campaign delivery skills.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to manage budgets and work independently
* Understanding of the hotel industry and commercial landscape. On-property local sales and marketing experience preferred but not essential.
