Job Description:

Hours: 39 hours per week, 09:00 - 17:15 (4 days), 09:00 - 17:30 (1 day)
The purpose of this job is to support the operation and development of the Chemistry department
* Chemistry testing.
* Method verification.
* Laboratory house-keeping.
* Management of chemistry materials.
* Management of laboratory glassware.
* Management of laboratory waste.
* Maintain laboratory log books.
* Perform required inter-company support activities.
* Perform LabGuard activities.
* Write exceptions.
* CAPA.
* Support equipment calibration, qualification, and maintenance.
* Propose and implement continuous improvements.
* Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external clients.
* Builds a client-centric focus within the organisation by ensuring that internal processes are designed with the client in mind.
* Gets first-hand client information and uses it for improvements in services and products.
* Understands client concerns and demonstrates that solving their problems is a top priority.
* Regularly calibrates performance against client requirements and expectations.
* Builds long-term relationships with clients by understanding and anticipating their current and future needs.
* Meets commitments and ensures that deliverables are completed on time.

Qualifications:

* ​​​​Degree in life sciences is preferred.
Experience
* Experience in Pharmacopeia testing is desirable but not essential.
* Experience in GMP- or GLP-regulated environment, and within in a chemistry role
