About the job

Danoners are steering us to a more sustainable future, helping to make the world healthier. As a certified B-Corp, we have our Danone Impact Journey to 2026. This will only be possible with each and every one of our leaders.

Nutricia UK is the highly successful arm of Danone's Medical Division, and a leader in the market, working to make medical nutrition an integral part of healthcare. Nutricia is the dietetic voice in the business - we use clinical and nutritional knowledge for our ultimate goal of improving outcomes for patients.

Role Purpose:
This is a field-based sales role within Nutricia, responsible for driving growth of the Fortisip portfolio across a designated NHS territory. You'll build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key NHS stakeholders, using clinical and commercial expertise to increase product advocacy and improve patient outcomes. Working closely with internal teams, you'll develop and deliver territory plans, leverage market insights, and spend the majority of your time engaging with customers in the field.

Key Activities:
* Develop, activate and monitor territory account plans aligned with the strategic priorities of the category.
* Map and engage with NHS stakeholders to drive product advocacy, overcome barriers to use and displace competitors.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement account plans and drive business growth in line with KPIs
* Monitor and leverage key insights including market data and NHS guidance to drive your local business.
* Advocate for our portfolio through understanding guidelines, clinical arguments and stakeholder requirements.
* Effective management and mobilisation of KOLs and Commercial advocates through involvement in customer symposiums and educational meetings.
* In person engagement with customers is an integral part of this role therefore, you will spend 3-4 days in the field per week meeting with customers.

This is a field based role, covering Bath, Bristol, Swindon and Wiltshire as well as Cornwall, Devon, Dorset & Gloucestershire

We would like you to demonstrate the following key skills:
* Your partnership-led approach, combined with robust negotiation influencing skills and driving HCP advocacy through clinical education of healthcare products
* Ideally, some experience or interest in developing and delivering sales strategies
* Strong understanding of the changing NHS
* Your business planning, presentation skills and key attention to detail.
* We’re especially keen to hear from Registered Dietitians, Dietetic Assistants or other Health Care Professionals with a passion for clinical nutrition and patient advocacy.

Salary Bracket: £45,000 - £50,000. We’ll also provide you with a company car & fuel card.

* Our field-based principles mean you’ll need to be living in Bath/Bristol/Swindon/Wiltshire. If you're unable to relocate, we will not be able to consider your application for this role.
* You will also need to hold a full UK driving license and must be comfortable with regular driving to meet with your customers." descriptionHeader="
