The role
As a Resourcing Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping Babcock's future workforce within our Nuclear division. Reporting into a Senior Resourcing Lead and operating as part of our People Services team, you'll work closely with senior leaders to understand workforce demand and deliver high-impact recruitment solutions across permanent, temporary and contingent hiring.
This is a role with real influence. You'll help ensure that complex, safety-critical programmes are staffed by people who make a genuine difference to national security and energy resilience. Day-to-day, you'll be:
* Partnering with Directors and Senior Managers to understand workforce plans and future capability needs
* Delivering effective sourcing strategies across permanent and contingent recruitment
* Managing relationships with RPO and MSP providers to ensure high-quality, timely delivery
* Using data and insights to inform resourcing decisions and improve outcomes
* Influencing stakeholders at all levels to drive practical, forward-thinking recruitment solutions
This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 3 days onsite (Warrington, Radar Road, Bristol) and 2 days working from home.
Essential experience of the Resourcing Lead
* Proven experience delivering sourcing strategies within an HR, resourcing or talent acquisition function
* Strong background working in a target-driven recruitment environment, including RPO models
* Experience supporting recruitment within the nuclear or highly regulated engineering sector
* Advanced stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
* Strong analytical capability, including use of Excel and recruitment systems
Qualifications for the Resourcing Lead

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
