BUSINESS MANAGER

WDF, MANCHESTER AIRPORT (ACROSS THE 3 TERMINALS)

FULL TIME, 37.5 HOURS A WEEK

BUSINESS HOURS MONDAY - FRIDAY WITH FLEXIBILITY TO WORK OVER WEEKENDS IF NECESSARY

Responsibilities

The Business Manager will be responsible for leading their team. delivering sales targets across the entire (COMPANY NAME) portfolio in a specific store by making sure to deliver outstanding customer service, execute in-store excellence and build retailer support.

Your focus:

* Meet and exceed Monthly sales targets with strong numeracy and literacy skills.

* Lead and develop the team

* Execute the perfect instore experience, managing maintenance, merchandising, VM, testers and stock

* Manager agency staff and ensure they are achieving their sales target

* Train and develop the wider team

* Lead by example by demonstrating an exceptional level of customer service

* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to genuinely "consult."

* Have strong ownership and accountability.

* Be passionate about beauty with exceptional grooming standards.

The team consists of 3-10 BA's store dependent, and you will work closely together with several departments such as VM, PMP and Sales.
