As a Solution Sales Specialist - AI Business Process, you will help organizations transform their business processes and technology to adapt and thrive in today's data-driven AI Age.
You will form strong relationships with C-Suite executives and Business Decision Makers among our top customers and help them solve their business challenges through long-term, consultative partnerships. You will help them achieve their business goals by bringing industry-relevant business value insights and innovative, industry-leading solutions to enable their end-to-end business transformations. You will organize and lead the entire sales process, from account planning to closing the sale. You will also be responsible for delivering the One Microsoft narrative, competitive differentiation, customer centric pitch, business value proposition and outcomes, and compelling proposals with commercial options. You will be part of a dedicated sales community supported by your adjoining account teammates and support teams.

We are currently looking for Solution Sales Specialist - AI Business Process professionals to join our teams with experience of AI led Health sector transformation and AI adoption along with complex procurement processes.

* Maintain operational excellence & orchestration in pipeline management .
* Deliver operational deal excellence by managing collaboration time effectively and applying the MCEM qualification guidance.
* Own the sales cycle from Account Planning, new pipeline generation through to deal closure and subsequent expansion opportunities. ensuring efficient pre-sales processes and driving cloud consumption.
* Prioritize driving AI Transformation in industry
* Align customer conversations with business outcomes utilizing BV/TCO analysis to build business case.
* Lead customer sales, value prop and compete discussions.
* Actively listen to customers, understand their vision, and align solutions to meet their needs through consultative selling. Ensure customer satisfaction and exceed expectations.
* Work effectively with internal teams (ATU, STU, CSU) and partners to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities using a One Microsoft Approach.
* Position yourself as a customer trusted advisor to Account team and Solution Area peers
Profil requis du candidat:
* 2+ years technology-related sales or account management experience
o OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 1+
year(s) technology-related sales or account management experience.
* You must be legally authorised to work in the United Kingdom to be eligible for this role (Legally authorised = has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit)
* Solid solution or services sales experience.
