You'll play a key role in driving operational excellence, managing priorities, and ensuring our customers receive a consistently exceptional level of service.

What You'll Be Doing

* Support workload planning and daily priority management to ensure the team is organised and performing effectively.
* Role-model Sales Operational Excellence, consistently achieving targets and KPIs.
* Monitor customer SLAs across orders, quotes and outstanding queries.
* Act as the subject matter expert for relevant systems and tools.
* Support Sales Operations training, including onboarding and induction activities.
* Assist with the delivery and administration of business incentives for the Sales Operations team.
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and customer escalations, responding quickly and effectively.
* Build strong working relationships with the Internal Sales Management team.
* Coach, guide and motivate team members to perform at their best.
* Deputise for the Sales Operations Manager when required.
