At TD SYNNEX, we're looking for a Business Development Executive to support the Vendor Business Lead in driving profitable market share and revenue growth through partner-led business development, strong commercial execution, and operational excellence.

You will balance partner and customer engagement with a high level of hands-on commercial and operational responsibility, including quoting, order processing, deal validation, and pipeline accuracy.

Success in this role relies on strong attention to detail, commercial discipline, and the ability to translate opportunities into correctly executed business.

What You'll Be Doing

* Own end-to-end deal delivery, from quoting and pricing through to order processing, ensuring commercial accuracy and compliance.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment, quickly resolving customer, partner, or operational issues.
* Drive partner-led revenue growth, acting as a trusted commercial advisor across the sales lifecycle, including opportunity development, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell.
* Manage and develop a strong sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities are progressed effectively and accurately forecasted.
* Support and enable sales teams with pricing, product insight, and commercial guidance to help close deals and maintain momentum.
* Build strong relationships with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders, supporting growth initiatives, training, and strategic collaboration.

What You'll Bring

* Strong customer and partner focus with the ability to balance commercial growth and operational delivery.
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, transactional sales environment.
* Good understanding of sales operations, quoting, order processing, and commercial governance.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
* High levels of initiative, energy, and motivation.
* Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
* Effective self-management with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership end-to-end.
* Strong telephone and virtual selling skills.
* Experience of Google Cloud, Google Workspace, and Google ChromeOS would be an advantage.
