We are recruiting for an experienced Regional Sales Manager, responsible for EP revenues and managing the field team in Northern England, Scotland & Ireland.

As a Regional Sales Manager you will:
* Provide first (and second) line management to the team allocated and be fully responsible for all HR related activities including coaching and development for all direct and indirect reports.
* Be accountable for the results of sales revenues of the EP portfolio.
* Liaise effectively with team and wider support staff to ensure implementation of defined strategies developed with the purpose of increasing market share and revenue generation.
* Be able to effectively communicate the rationale of using Abbott's EP products and develop an deep understanding of the market, including competitor offerings.

What you'll need:
* A Degree in life science or equivalent.
* Significant medical sales experience in medical devices, ideally in a similar sales management role, with cardiology preferred.
* Demonstrated leadership qualities and strong communication skills.
* Results orientated, strategic thinker, problem solver, with good negotiation skills.
* Ethical character.
