We are looking for a Stock Operator to join our dynamic team in Beograd! Be part of a fast-moving environment where you'll handle goods, prepare products for delivery, and keep our warehouse running smoothly - all while working with supportive colleagues and modern equipment.

Stock Operator tasks

* Handling goods - restocking inventory, receiving goods from the warehouse for customer deliveries, collecting products, and packing goods

* Using proper equipment safely and efficiently to minimize damage to inventory and equipment, while keeping the workspace clean and organized

* Collaborating with colleagues to restock appropriate products so that items are ready for dispatch

* Proactively maintaining safety and security within assigned areas of responsibility

* Working together with colleagues to improve the overall work experience (to enhance and streamline daily tasks)

* Carrying out assigned tasks, daily routines, and procedures, including the use of scanners in operations

The candidate must also have:

* English language - communicative level in speaking and writing

* Previous experience or knowledge related to ophthalmic lenses and optical equipment (not an advantage)

* Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet, and Outlook)

* Customer service skills, motivation, and proactive work attitude

* Ability to perform well under pressure

* Initiative-taking

* Teamwork

* Discipline and a flexible approach to work

* Ability to prioritize and strong organizational skills

* Attention to detail and neatness
