Description du poste:

To support warehouse operations through accurate receiving, picking, packing, labelling, and basic automation-related activities while complying with SOP, GDP and HSE requirements.
* Execute accurate warehouse receiving activities in accordance with delivery orders and system records.
* Perform picking and packing for outbound shipments to meet operational targets.
* Carry out marking and labelling of inbound and outbound shipments.
* Conduct stock takes and supports inventory accuracy.
* Manage and maintain operational documents, data, and reports using Excel or PowerPoint.
* Apply effective communication skills when performing workplace tasks and daily operations.
* Respond appropriately to customer and stakeholder requests and enquiries, including urgent orders or replacement activities related to warehouse operations.
* Produce basic business documents using software tools (Veeva, SAP).
* Build and maintain working relationships with internal stakeholders.
* Provide accurate information on products and services to relevant parties.
* Coordinate assigned warehouse-related activities and tasks.
* Develop technical expertise in operating Auto Repacking Machines.
* Operate and support Downstream Labelling Machines.
* Support basic warehouse automation and tray folding operations.
