Description du poste:
Mission
Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear.
In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives.
Role Purpose
We're looking for two junior Biomedical Scientists (BMS) who is comfortable working differently, embraces innovation, and takes pride in delivering accurate results at exceptional pace.
Neko Health members come through our Stockholm clinics for whole-body preventive health screenings, and our laboratories sit at the centre of the patient journey. They are busy, modern spaces, and the service continues to develop as we scale.
This is a hands-on, autonomous role, based on site in one of our central Stockholm laboratories. As a Biomedical Scientist, you will operate our analysers and support the quality systems that allow us to return results within 30 minutes of sample receipt.
If you're a BMS looking to start your career in an innovation-led environment, we would love to hear from you!
What You'll Deliver in the First 6 - 12 Months
* Initialise the analysers each day and ready them for sample processing.
* Perform testing on our analysers, validating patient results and escalating clinically anomalous or unexpected findings.
* Carry out daily calibration, internal quality control, and routine maintenance of analysers, troubleshooting and escalating technical issues promptly.
* Contribute to service improvement work, including analyser verification, reagent evaluation, and software testing.
Minimum Requirements
* Recently graduated as a Biomedical Scientist, or at the beginning of your career.
* You have a registered license as a Biomedical Scientist issued by Socialstyrelsen.
* Able to work efficiently under time pressure, suited to a low-volume, fast-turnaround service model.
* You are organized, patient, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
* One year of experience in a clinical chemistry lab.
* Experience in operating an integrated clinical chemistry analyser.
* Experience with laboratory information management systems, and digital result reporting.
