Sales Operations Representative - (13 month - maternity cover)

YOUR MISSION

As a Sales Operations Representative Nordics, you will be at the heart of our business, ensuring seamless operations and delivering best-in-class service to both our customers and internal sales teams.
This is a maternity cover role starting in July 2026 to September 2027, offering you the opportunity to step into a dynamic role with broad exposure across the Nordic business and make an immediate impact from day one.
You will play a key role in managing the end-to-end order to cash process, supporting key accounts, and driving operational excellence across the region. In this role, you will collaborate cross functionally and contribute to continuously improving the way we work.

What You Will Do
* Deliver a high level of service to Nordic customers and the Nordic Sales team
* Manage and execute the end-to-end Order to Cash process
* Ensure Key Account service level agreements and KPIs are consistently met
* Take ownership of the order book, including order management, scheduling, rescheduling, allocation and release
* Act as a key contact for customers, handling inquiries related to orders, shipments, products, pricing and availability
* Coordinate internally with teams such as Sales, Sales Planning, Demand Planning, Procurement, Compliance, Credit, Allocation and Warehousing
* Monitor and ensure on-time delivery and launch readiness
* Analyze and troubleshoot order book issues, and proactively drive solutions aligned with customer needs and sales targets
* Support continuous improvements by identifying opportunities to simplify and optimize processes

You bring:
* Previous experience within customer service, sales operations or order management
* Strong understanding of end-to-end processes and stakeholder management
* A service minded and solution oriented approach

* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
* A proactive mindset with the ability to drive improvements independently
* Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and MS Office
* Fluency in English and Swedish
