Accounts Receivables Specialist, German & English

Description du poste:

- Be the Architect, not just the Processor: Independently manage daily AR operations for Southern Europe (collections, dunning, and credit limits) while actively looking for ways to eliminate manual tasks through our existing AI tools. - Investigate complex payment discrepancies and "tune the brain" of our automation systems when they hit a roadblock - Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with key accounts. - Actively contribute to cross-functional projects, including new market entries, process automation, and the implementation of state-of-the-art financial tools. - Provide clear visibility to sales and management regarding debtor risks and cash flow health.

Profil requis du candidat:

- A strong educational background and at least 1 year of experience in accounts receivables or sales related environment - Native or C2 fluency in German and professional fluency in English (both written and spoken) are essential. - Exceptional skills in building relationships with both external dealers and internal sales teams. - An eagle eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment where every day is different. - A self-driven personality with a natural curiosity for automatic solutions
