We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to join our team as a Client Investment Reporting Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accurate, timely, and complete production of Client Investment Reports for our private banking clientele.

YOUR CHALLENGE

* Support the accurate, timely, and complete preparation and processing of Client Investment Reports for private banking clients
* Monitor data integrity and uphold high-quality standards by identifying discrepancies, initiating corrective actions, and escalating critical anomalies as required
* Provide responsive support to Front Office units on Client Investment Reporting inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution and service excellence
* Assist in the processing of multi-bank reporting services, maintaining the accuracy of data received from various platforms

YOUR PROFILE

* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations within a financial services environment
* Solid understanding of investment products and their key characteristics
* Demonstrable knowledge of portfolio valuation methods and performance measurement principles
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline
* Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German is strongly preferred
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with portfolio reporting platforms is beneficial
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and operational excellence
* Effective communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and explain investment reporting methodologies clearly
* Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and meet time-sensitive deliverables under pressure
