Your team

Pictet North America Advisors SA (PNAA) provides investment services to private clients. Founded in 2007, the SEC-registered company devises portfolio diversification strategies for clients based in the US and Canada.

We are seeking to recruit a Client Relationship Officer for our US clients (UHNWI) on an 8 months contract. You will be working for PNAA in Geneva and will be the point of entry for all operational requests from relationship managers or clients. As most of our clients custody their assets with Banque Pictet & Cie SA, you will also work closely with its organization for outsourced custodian activities.

Your role

Your responsibilities will include the following:
* Assisting the CRM with daily client-related tasks (debit list, maturities, etc.).
* Processing payments and transfers while ensuring that call-backs are systematically performed, and assisting with other transactional activities when needed.
* Ensuring strict follow-up of documentation (pending items, Middle Office, Risk & Compliance lists) by contacting clients, together with the CRM responsible for the relationship.
* Managing documentation flows (archiving and processing physical and electronic forms).
* Processing workflow requests in the systems (client codifications, credit card requests, credit lines, pricing exceptions, etc.) and ensuring that the relevant client documentation is captured in the systems (memos, orders, etc.).
* Working closely with the zone's COO and CCO to resolve any Risk & Compliance matters.
* Leading and organizing the prioritization and remediation of Key Risk Indicators within the team.
* Building close relationships and an understanding with the relevant custodian stakeholders (Middle Office, Client Registrar, Risk & Compliance, etc.) and serving as their point of contact for the team.
* Ensuring that all telephone calls received by the team are dealt with.
* Helping with administrative tasks when required.

Your profile

* Certification in Commerce/Banking, or an equivalent qualification.
* Minimum of 2-3 years' experience as an assistant working in private banking.
* Service-oriented, with experience and understanding of dealing with private clients and assisting relationship managers.
* Understanding client documentation and the internal processes of a wealth management company
* Keen attention to detail.
* Able to work independently and diligently.
* Reliable and resilient with a strong sense of responsibility and an ability to multi-task.
* Solution-oriented and with a proactive mindset.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
* Keen sense of ethics, values and partnership culture.
* Strong team spirit.
* Fluency in English and French.
* Must be resident in Switzerland.
