Market Coordinator Export Europe (Temporary cover)

Description du poste:

In the EXPORT DIVISION,our objectives are to actively develop Distributor Export markets and prepare the group future growth drivers while building strong brand notoriety and success.

* Manage the order processing working closely with the logistics and the distributors, encouraging a sustainable collaboration

* Lead the forecast management process in a defined timeframe consisting in the communication of the forecast files, analyzing and challenging the data and follow through with all updates

* Be responsible for the sales administration such as credit control, purchases, monthly sales reports, pricing coordination, x-rate fluctuations tracking, regulatory claims and sanitary registrations (specific countries only)

* Supply distributors with guidelines and assets for any local execution

* Manage distributors ad hoc requests regarding the supply of layouts approval and trade marketing priorities and liaise with marketing experts if needed

* Education/Degree:

Bachelor degree in either sales, logistics or international business

* Background including total years of experience

1 to 3 years minimum

* Technical skills:

Microsoft Office

ERP usage

* Languages:

French

English - fluent in writing and speaking

* Soft and Leadership Skills:

Very good communication with clients
