The affiliate Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & HSE position's purpose is to support Lilly in developing and
executing the people strategy through talent acquisition, talent development, and the creation of a safe environment
with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) plans.

As a trusted subject matter expert (SME), this role partners closely with business leaders to identify, attract and retain
a diverse and inclusive workforce within a safe environment where all employees feel welcomed, respected, heard,
and valued.
Key Responsibilities:

Talent acquisition and Talent management

· Manage and enhance the talent acquisition strategy, processes and experience through full cycle of
recruitment
· Partner with business leaders to understand hiring expectations and provide insightful suggestions for
decision making
· Collaborate with C&B and Operations on end-to-end recruitment process including job ad management,
candidate talent identification, interview management, offer process (including analysis and benchmarking)
and, onboarding
· Responsible for vendor management including contingent worker partners and recruitment agencies
· Partner with affiliate HR Leader on talent management strategy:
o Involvement in talent development program as the business partner to support internal talent
pipeline development
o Development and implementation of talent management strategies aligned with business objectives
within Lilly and in the external market
o Succession planning to ensure critical roles have ready successors
o Partnering with leaders to identify high-potential employees and key development needs
· End-to-end cMBA/ internship programs including recruitment, onboarding, and internship project process
· Partner with business to build the Lilly external brand as an employer of choice
Health, Safety, and Environment
· Develop, implement, sustain, and own HSE programs and procedures.
· Serve as a technical expert on HSE practices at the site and regulatory interpretations/inspections.
· Lead cross-functional teams with the implementation/sustainment of HSE programs, including metric
trending for improved site HSE performance.
· Support site operations as an area frontline and/or flow team HSE representative.
· Advice in facility/equipment design, project walkthroughs, and evaluation to control or eliminate HSE risks.
· Lead key elements of the HSE management system such as event and change management processes,
training, assessments/audits, business planning, and inspections.
· Approve deviations, work plans, actions, change controls, SOPs, Job Plans, etc. · Collaborate with global HSE to enhance the broader HSE function. · Monitor and operationalize internal and external best practices. · Support development of functional priorities and annual HSE action plan(s). · Ensure workplace safety and legal compliance under local Health and Safety regulations and requirements. · Cascade global HSE guidance to affiliate and develop functional priorities, annual HSE plan, monthly metrics, HSE communications for various forums Learning Program Design and Delivery · Design and deliver affiliate-specific L&D initiatives that support compliance, leadership and employee development · Manage external vendors and internally trained employees to support the design and delivery of learning programs · Partner with IBU and Global L&D community to bring best practices to the affiliate · Facilitate delivery of local and global training within the affiliate either through leading the training or working through a train the trainer process to qualify local affiliate trainers to deliver

Experience and Qualifications

Basic Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in human resource management or business management
· Experience in a HR role is a must, and Talent Acquisition and HSE is preferred

Additional attributes
· Strong interpersonal communication skills including Influencing and coaching skills
· Being an enthusiastic team player with strong drive to create a positive work environment
· Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment

Additional Information

Some local and international travel within NAPAC may be required.
As local, regional and global business needs evolve, this role and corresponding responsibilities may shift to support
