Officer, Planning and System

Description du poste:

* The Officer, Planning and System under Production Academy works very closely with production leaders, and key stakeholders for alignment to ensure that all training plan, preparation for training readiness to effectiveness of training, Provides data skill matrix of craftspeople.
* This role is responsible for centralizing DATA, and delivering comprehensive skills matrix enhance the abilities, precision, of craftspeople skills in production.
* Development and learning DATA system for support pandora production academy and
Support master jewellery trainer for Lift up craftmanship standard skill through production academy programs

This role is crucial in maintaining the excellence and reputation of Pandora C&S brand by
ensuring that our products are crafted with unmatched skill and quality.

* Manage training plan and update with key stakeholders
* Manage on registration and tracking records of trainee and training programs
* Estimate and plan material for training/ programs (practice skill)
* Update and manage of employee's database, tracking and summary report of skill development
* Review training material in stocks and ensure for the effectiveness training
* Manage HRMS system by open-closed courses, key in time attendance, training records, and training request
* Registration of media file in system(training VDO, E-book and other learning resources)
* Support Pandora Production Academy projects and cross-function projects, Edutainment Centre and learning intervention activities
* Provide information for production academy project as requirement
