What do we expect you to bring?
* Bachelor's degree,
* Min. 2-3 years experience in digital marketing in e-commerce companies or related field,
* Experience in performance marketing activities is a must,
* Ability to analyze and understand data is a must, experience on data-driven marketing strategies will be appreciated,
* Basic understanding and sense of funnel management and funnel maiximization,
* Knowledge on insurance products is a plus,
* Basic knowledge on SEO,
* Basic knowledge of Analytics tools,
* Advanced command in verbal and written English,
* Teamwork oriented, self-motivated, solution oriented and open minded.
* Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT.
How can you make an impact?
* Responsible for digital sales Growth and lead generation via performance marketing activities,
* Work with creative and media planning agencies to perform digital marketing acitivities,
* Track perfromance through performance monitoring and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Insider, Adjust, etc)
* Plan and Follow-up digital marketing communication plan & performance campaigns,
* Plan and run always-on and seasonal campaigns to reach targets,
* Work closely with development team to optimize and plan campaigns accordingly technical developments,
* Provide optimization ideas for all digital advertising sources,
* Provide performance marketing reports, maintain tracking mechanisms, deliver executive summaries to follow-up overall digital marketing performance,
* Follow new trends, new insurance and digital sales opportunities in the market.
