Job Description:

Job Summary
The Revenue Recovery Specialist is responsible for assisting the Revenue Recovery Supervisor in all aspect of Revenue Recovery to achieve the departmental goals. This position resolves customer inquiries, audits and supports safety compliance, and provides Balanced Scorecard support.

Qualifications
* University Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
* Min 3 years of work/internship experience
* Very good command of Microsoft Office
* Strong English language skills, both written and spoken
* Proactive Approach and Analytical Problem-Solving
* Familiarity with revenue management objectives, pricing processes, and competitor analysis.
* Familiarity with project planning methodologies, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.
* Very good communication and presentation skills

Job Description

* Assists in business planning and forecasting.
* Assists in financial and profitability analysis.
* Develops Cost Saving Measures for Revenue Recovery Processes
