Objectives of the role:
* To consolidate, analyze, and interpret financial reporting and forecasting data across a Multi Country Organization, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with regional and global standards.
* To perform in depth variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior periods, clearly identifying performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
* To prepare high quality management presentations and insights for senior leadership, translating complex financial data into clear and actionable messages.
To act as a strong business partner for Turkey operations, supporting budgeting and planning processes in collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Support Functions, etc.).
To contribute to continuous improvement of reporting, forecasting, and consolidation processes, enhancing transparency, efficiency, and decision-making quality.
To ensure timely and reliable financial deliverables in line with corporate timelines and governance requirements.

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CFA) is a strong plus.
* 2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial controlling, or management reporting, preferably within a multi country or matrix organization.
* Strong hands on experience in financial consolidation, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis across multiple entities or geographies.
* Proven ability to prepare and deliver executive level presentations, with strong storytelling and data visualization skills.
* Solid understanding of financial statements, key performance indicators, and business drivers.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial systems and BI tools is an advantage.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross functionally and communicate effectively with both local and regional teams.
